Thank goodness for Catherine! Her culinary experiences, teaching abilities and communication skills hit the mark with a group of middle schoolers who participated in this six-week program. She brought tremendous energy and passion to our hands-on classroom.

Not only has Catherine consistently demonstrated passion by attaining and maintaining an exemplary academic standing, she also demonstrates her passion by practicing her craft at every possible opportunity. It is common for me to receive emails displaying her work outside of school with notes discussing the item or technique she is currently perfecting.

Tried the Crispy Potato and Pumpkin hummus recipe and brought it to my Halloween Potluck for work. I work for a child nutrition department of a school district as a dietitian, with several other dietitians and other co-workers who all love food, and they thought this recipe was delicious!

I made the crispy cauliflower and chickpea tacos and really enjoyed them! I found my husband “stealing” the chickpeas out of the pan. This one goes in the recipe file box! Can’t wait to try some of the other recipes!

The New Hampshire Culinary Institute (NHCI) is a small school so I get the pleasure or sometimes the displeasure of getting to know the students very well. Catherine is an excellent student and a bright and interesting person. She works extremely hard in the classroom and shows a strong interest in both culinary arts and pastry arts. Her attendance has been exemplary and her work ethic strong.

Excellent recipes, fabulous photography and great info! I'm totally hooked on making my own granola now! The pumpkin granola is a huge hit and I have been experimenting a bit with the "granola formula.

I've made a few of Catherine's recipes, most recently the baked tempeh and fermented red onions with fennel. Yumsy! As a nutritionist who runs plant based workshops, I'm always looking for delicious healthy dishes that will inspire my students to eat more plants. Catherine's website is a great inspiration for me. Thank you and loving your work!

I first noticed "A Seat at My Table" because of the beautiful photo's of food she displayed. Then I tried a few of her recipes and found that they are as delicious as they are beautiful! The Ruby Red Cherry Cranberry Salsa was especially delicious and makes for a beautifully festive holiday dish.
